Lateral Die for Bypass Applications for Solar Panels
The custom designed Central Semiconductor Lateral Schottky Die was designed to provide a more efficient assembly directly onto solar panel cells to perform a bypass application to optimize the solar panels for varying and extreme environmental conditions.

Custom Lateral Die is possible for a wide range of discrete semiconductor technologies. Lateral Die solutions are only available directly from Central Semiconductor.
